(1) If you schedule your own appointments, you can do so up 16 weeks out. If you prefer me to do so, just let me know!
(2) I now answer business messages Mon-Sat 7a-7p; no Sundays and no major holidays.
(3) There are *very few* spots left between now & the end of the year. If you want to scheduled something, or add to your existing appointment (nail art, upgrade from mani to gel polish, therapies listed in the next sentence, etc), please message me ASAP to do so. I offer add-on services such as callus therapy, warm neck wrap, paraffin, massage, masque, and so much more (see website or ask for details). I’d love to add on some extra love, but I do need them to be scheduled ahead.
(4) If you don’t already have (a) pedicure(s) scheduled, and you’d like to, please message me. As much as I love doing them, due to my back issues, I’m trying to limit them to (now) no more than *2* per day. I’m currently working with a physical therapist and massage therapist to make sure I can continue to provide this service.
(5) If you have toe separators, please remember to bring them with you for your pedi appointments (keep in your purse, glove compartment, etc).
(6) I’m starting to put my holiday retail together (see album here). Like last year, I will be offering individual items, mini care kits, manicure kits, pedicure kits, and removal kits… in handmade fabric holiday bags!! You can even mix & match items to customize a gift for someone!
(7) Don’t forget those gift certificates, too. You can get a paper one in studio, pay via Square & I can mail them for you, or I have e-certificates here. They are available in any dollar amount, and never expire!!
(8) REMINDER OF CHANGES TO MY SICK CANCEL POLICY — If you are sick, please message me ASAP!! I still allow same day cancelations with no penalty (with notice as soon as possible!!), HOWEVER, I can no longer allow them to be unlimited. You can now only cancel one missed appointment per quarter at no charge. Related, if you have a standing appointment, and cancel more than 3 appointments in a row, I can no longer keep you as a standing.
(9) Please also note that my cancelation policy for December is 48hrs, not 24hrs! This is to accommodate the wait list. Please give me plenty of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule this month.
(10) I post regular updates (available appointments, schedule/price changes, things you should know, etc) to my FB, IG, and TT Pages (links below). You don’t have to have an account to see these things!! Please check those before messaging me (and feel free to FOLLOW me, as all engagement helps my business grow), as the answer to your question may be readily available.
